Rice Garlic Mushrooms a la Cubana (conventional) Hello again. Today

It happened the other day, and I never thought of this dish and my husband reminded me, girls enchanted with white rice and sausage and I enjoy more when I see them eating.

This rice is a classic for kids and not so little ones lol.
Ingredients: -1 package Frankfurt sausages

Olive Oil Preparation: Put -water salt to boil in a pot, when they start casting the first spurts rice and cook about 18 minutes. Drain and reserve.
"In a nonstick skillet take a little oil and brown the garlic in foil, add the drained rice and saute a couple of minutes, set aside.
"In the same pan fry the eggs and brown the sausages.
-Finally mount the dish, so choose a small glass, oiled inside and throw rice to fill, press lightly rice with a spoon and pour on the serving plate, remove the glass being careful not to fall apart.
-Serve 1 egg per guest and 2 or 3 sausages.
-Pour tomato sauce over the rice and serve immediately.
