This recipe is to impress the staff.

INGREDIENTS: -1
pastry sheet
-5 -3 Apples

tbsp powdered sugar -2 teaspoons cinnamon -1
teaspoon lemon zest

-4 cups water
-3 -2 tablespoons sugar tablespoons lemon juice
PREPARATION:
-Boil water in a saucepan with 3 tablespoons sugar and lemon juice.
-Wash apples, cored and cut into 4 pieces lengthwise, cut into thin wedges.
-Dip the slices in the sugar water and blanch hiviendo 2 minutes, remove and place on paper towels to drain well.

-In a bowl mix the cinnamon, lemon zest and icing sugar.
-Extender the pastry and sprinkle the entire surface of the bowl the entire mixture.

-Cut the pastry into strips of 1.5 cm. and go put the slices in overlapping strips.
-Wrap each strip on itself to form a pink finish.

-Bake at 180 º top and bottom heat for 20-30 minutes (depending on oven)
