Chips Ahoy Cookies

This recipe is a classic chocolate chip cookies .... Sweet, crunchy, with a pronounced flavor of butter and chocolate is wonderful! And it was something that had yet to do since I do not remember ....¡¡!
It turns out that a few weeks ago I saw this page: the heat of the kitchen and I was blown away thinking that these cookies had to be done But now!.
And the next day did this, highly recommended. Flew, enough said.

INGREDIENTS:
-250 grs. pastry flour
-250 grs. chocolate chip
-125 grs. butter at room temperature
-110 grs. brown cane sugar (original recipe had 125 grs.)
-110 grs. white sugar (original recipe had 125 grs.)
-1 egg
-1 / 2 teaspoon baking
-1 teaspoon of essence
vanilla Dash salt-
PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 180 ยบ.
- Beat the butter with both sugars on Speed \u200b\u200b3 until creamy. Without stopping the machine, add the egg and vanilla essence.
-Add the flour mixed with baking soda and salt and set 30 seconds, closed cup, speed spike.
-Pass the dough to a bowl and you add chocolate chips, mix without too much kneading.
-Put the baking tray with paper and be putting gobs of dough separated somewhat because the heat will melt. It is important not to round shape, only leave a blob and will only form the typical cookie melting plump.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes, heat up and down.
Bon appetit.
