Chicken Nuggets

Today I bring a basic if you have children at home as I do, I present the Nuggets, a discovery in my kitchen last year and a half.
I've never been fond of cooked products but I know they are a great help to those who have no time and need to eat fast, sometimes you're in the frozen food / canned not to mention real curious if you go with children, start with the "Mommy buy this" and you end up buying just for them to shut up Do not you? ... Well, that, once I bought nuggets for the young but when was not convinced, are a strange pasta, more bread with chicha, the packaging says it's made of chicken but chicken little percentage ..... Neither know chicken! Tastes like bread ... Well, I guess you understand what I mean.
Some time ago I found these Nuggets and since then I do often, excuses are girls but is just a facade, we love them all lol.
INGREDIENTES:
-1 Pechuga de Pollo (unos 400 Gr + o -)
-50 Gr de Miga de Pan mojada en leche y escurrida
-1 Queso de Burgos pequeñito (vienen en packs de 4)
-3 Quesitos
-1 cucharadita de Ajo en polvo
-Sal y Pimienta
PARA EMPANAR:
-1 Huevo
-Pan rallado (o copos de patata como es mi caso)
-Aceite de Oliva para freír
PREPARACIÓN:
-Cortar la pechuga a dados y echarla al vaso junto con el ajo en polvo, picar 5 segundos, velocidad 7.
-Añadir el resto de ingredientes y mezclar 7 segundos 5 speed.
- Take dough and go by the Nuggets with oiled hands so it does not strike you when handled. Pass them through egg and breadcrumbs (I potato flakes remain supercrujientes!) In my case I made it big in plan hamburger patties.
-Fry in plenty of olive oil and serve hot.
